"Opportunity to respondent Nos.1 to 4, 7, 8 and 10 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. None appears for respondent No.9, despite due service. Fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.5, 6 and 11 alongwith complete address of respondent No.6 be taken/furnished within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued to respondent Nos.5, 6 and 11. List again on 2.1.2017. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 5 and 11 by Regd. A.D Post on 22.11.2016. As per track report of India Post,notice has been delivered to Respondent No.5. Unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received in respect of Respondent No.11. Counsel for the petitoner has not furnished complete address of Respondent No.6, hence notice could not be issued.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 6 & 11.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
