The matters above mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 02.03.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP(C) NO. 25770/2015

Despite last opportunity having been granted to respondent nos. 1-4, 7, 8 and 10, they have not filed counter affidavit. As such, further opportunity is declined to respondent nos. 1-4, 7 and 8 but since only one opportunity has been granted to respondent no. 10, another last and final opportunity is granted to him to file counter affidavit within four weeks time.

None appears for respondent no. 9 despite due service.

Two weeks time, as last opportunity is granted for taking fresh steps for service of respondent nos. 5, 6 and 11. Notice be issued thereafter.

SLP(C) NO. 29168/2015

Respondent nos. 1 and 12 have not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted.

Opportunity to respondent no. 1 is declined but another final opportunity is granted to respondent no. 12 as he has been granted only one opportunity. Be filed within four weeks time.

Two weeks time, as last opportunity is granted for filing affidavit of service of respondent nos. 2-11.

List again on 03.05.2016."

It is submitted that there are 11 respondents. Show cause notice was issued to respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 11 on 18.03.2016 by regd. A.D. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 11. Opportunity to file counter affidavit byt counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1-4, 7 & 8 has already been declined vide Ld. Registrar's Court Order dated 02.03.2016. Counsel for respondent No. 10 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 9 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 11.

SLP(C) No. 29168/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving respondent Nos. 2 to 11 however no one has entered appearance so far. Opportunity to file counter affidavit by counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has already been declined vide Ld. Registrar Order dated 02.03.2016. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 12 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.
