Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.5, the matrix within four weeks.

Service is complete on respondent No.9 but none has put

in appearance.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.1 for filing counter affidavit.

Four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner for filing affidavit with proof of dasti service of respondent Nos.2 to 12.
