However, now, Ms.Dharitry Phookan, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the said respondent. She seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of pleading to the said respondent within one week after filing the vakalatnama. The respondent No.30 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.9 to file the counter affidavit. The unserved covers containing the notices have been received back from the respondent Nos.26 & 28 with postal remarks ⬠SPerson not known at the given Address⬠\235 & ⬠SAddress not found⬠\235 respectively. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the above respondents within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. List the matter again on 29.11.2016.
