"SLP(C) Nos. 28599 & 28686/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to all the unserved respondents.

SLP(C) No. 28714, 28717 & 28659/2015

Service is complete. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondents to file the counter affidavit.

SLP(C) No. 28718/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 10.02.2016 of this Court in respect of all the unserved respondents.

SLP(C) No. 28724/2015 & 28725/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.31 within four weeks.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

SLP(C) No. 28726/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has already filed the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the unserved respondents which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of three weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in it.

List the matter again on 29.06.2016."

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8, 11-12 in SLP © No. 28599/2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7 and 11 in SLP © No. 28686/2015 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving all the unserved respondents in both the matters but no one has entered appearance.

Service is complete in both matters.

SLP (C) NO. 28659, 28714 AND 28717/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Service is already complete. Counsel appearing for Respondents have not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NO. 28718/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 11 & 12 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 8, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26, 30 & 31 was issued on 28.04.2016 by registered AD as well as dasti mode. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 received with postal remarks 'no such person'. Service of rest of respondents is awaited by both modes. No one has has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 9, 10, 13-15, 18-22, 25 & 27-29 though served.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26, 30 & 31.

SLP (C) NOS. 28724 AND 28725/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for Respondents have not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for petitioner has filed correct affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent No. 31 in both matters. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent . Service is complete.

SLP (C) NO. 28726/2015

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents. Counsel appearing for petitioner has on 07.04.2016 filed proper affidavit with proof of dasti service duly serving all unserved respondents. Appearing respondents have not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.
