The matters above mentioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 07.12.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

" There are 31 respondents herein in all the SLPs. Service is still awaited in respect of all the respondents except respondent no. 16 in SLP(C) No. 28766 of 2015, respondent no. 16, 24, 25, 27 in SLP(C) No. 28871 of 2015, respondent nos. 16, 23, 24, 26 in SLP(C) No. 28870 of 2015 and also on respondent nos. 24, 25 in SLP(C) No. 29086 of 2015.

Learned counsel in the respective matters are requested to take fresh steps for the above-said respondents. Dasti notice in SLP(C) 28870 and 28871 of 2015 be also issued, as prayed for.

Learned counsel Ms. Paul has appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 in all the matters and requested time to file vakalatnama and appearance as well as counter affidavit. Befiled within four weeks. "

SLP (C) No. 28766 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent no. 16 so far.

It is further submitted that thare are 31 respondents in this SLP. M/s Rajiv Mehta, Rishi Matolia and Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocate have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8, 11 & 12 respectively but have not filed their counter-affidavit so far. A.D. Card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 1,2,4,9,10 13 to 15, 18 to 23, 26, 27 and 29 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 16, 24 & 25 with postal remarks "Gate remain closed" and "No such person" respectively. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 17, 28, 30 and 31 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 16, 17, 24, 25, 28, 30 and 31.

SLP (C) No. 28870 of 2015

It is submitted that fresh show notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 16, 23, 24 and 26 by registered A.D as well as Dasti. Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.02.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti duly served on Respondent Nos. 16, 23, 24 and 26 but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that out of 31 respondents, Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7 and 11 & 12 are represented by M/s Rishi matolia, Rajiv Mehta, Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocates but have not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 8, 9, 13, 14, 16, 19, 20, 22 to 26, 28, 29 and 30 though served. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 10, 15, 17, 18, 21, 27 and 31 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 10, 15, 17, 18, 21, 27 and 31.

SLP (C) No. 28871 of 2015

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 16, 24, 25 and 27 by registered A.D. as well as Dasti. Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.02.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti in respect of above stated respondent but in the affidavit respondent Nos. are wrongly stated as 16, 23, 24 and 26. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the proper affidavit despite this Registry's letter dated 20.02.2016 so far.

It is further submitted that out of 31 respondents, Respondent Nos. 7, 11 and 12 are represented by M/s Rajiv Mehta, Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocates respectively but they have not filed counter-affidavit so far. A. D. cards duly signed by Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, 19 to 23 and 28 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Card nor

unserved cover containing notice has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 13, 15 to 18, 24 to 27 and 29 to 31.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 13, 15 to 18, 24 to 27 and 29 to 31.

SLP (C) No. 29086 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respec of unserved Respondent Nos. 24 and 25 so far.

It is further submitted that out of 31 respondents, Respondent Nos. 3, 5 to 8 and 11 & 12 are represented by M/s Rajiv Mehta, Rishi Matolia and Avijit Bhattacharjee, Advocates but they have not filed counter-affidavit so far. A. D. card duly signed by Respondent Nos. 10, 13, 17, 20 & 22 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice have been received in respecct of Respondent Nos. 15, 23, 24 and 25 with postal remarks "Door remain closed and "No such person". respectively. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 9, 14, 16, 18, 19 , 21 & 26 to 31 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 9, 14 to 16, 18, 19, 21 and 23 to 31.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
