UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Lok Adalat award was passed in a writ petition filed against the State without impleading the occupants of the land in question to implement the order dated 16.04.1990 after the expiry of period of limitation for execution of such order.

Issue notice, returnable within six weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the dispossession of the petitioner from the property in question.
