UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite our earlier order, no steps have been taken by the petitioner to get the notice served on the respondent Nos. 2 to 4. At the request of the counsel for the petitioner, one more opportunity of three weeks' is granted to the petitioner to take steps for getting service effected on the said respondents subject, however, to the condition of the payment of the cost of Rs.3,000/-, which shall be paid, to be Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within three weeks from today.
