The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 27.02.2017S when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Await the return of service of notice already issued to all the respondents. List the matter again on 12.04.2017.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the 5 respondents. Mr. Milind Kumar, Advocate has on 03.04.2017 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2-5 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. As per track report shows that "Item Delivered" at NAGAUR HO of respondent No. 1 but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Pritha Srikumar, Advocate has on 06.04.2017 filed an application for intervention with affidavit alongwith Annexures A-1 to A-5 which is registered as I. A. No. 2. The application for intervention yet to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Service is complete in SLP.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
