UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
This Court through the order dated 25.08.2023 had made certain arrangements with regard to the travel of the petitioner.
Presently in the application it is pointed out that in view of the holiday schedule of the children, the applicant seeks to travel and remain in United Kingdom between the period from 11.10.2023 to 06.11.2023. On that aspect, the learned counsel for atur<mark>e No</mark>t Verifie the respondent does not have any objection but would submit that if a mail to that effect is sent, appropriate arrange would be made.

Insofar as the second prayer with regard to the additional amount sought since the applicant would be abroad for additional number of days, though the learned counsel for the respondent has raised an objection, keeping in view all aspects of the matter, we deem it appropriate to direct that the respondent shall pay the sum of 2,000 pounds, in addition to the sum of 1,500 pounds, to the applicant instead of 5,000 pounds as sought in the application. The said amount be deposited in the account of the applicant.
