Despite due service on respondent nos.2 to 6, there is no appearance.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent no.1 to file counter affidavit.

Application for deletion has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no.7 and the same is pending with Hon'ble Court.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
