Women should be in place in accordance with the statute.
The learned Solicitor General says that he will file an affidavit on the Agreed Action Plan. Needful be done within six weeks from today.
Ms. Aparna Bhat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Commission for Women says that the Committee has been doing its work as far as she is aware. It appears that perhaps no extension will be required for the Committee to complete its work.
List the matters on 06.12.2017.
Liberty is granted to NALSA to file its status report.
