It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 11.08.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in C.M. No. 13021/2015 in Writ Petition(C) No. 7106 of 2015 alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (regd. as I.A. No. 1).

It is further submitted that W.P.(C) No. 469/2014 wherein vide Order dated 18.09.2014 the Hon'ble Court has inter-alia directed that the medical colleges seeking renewal of permission shall file undertakings within 10 days to the effect that all defects in the medical colleges have been rectified was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.10.2014, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same as withdrawn in terms of signed order. Copy of order dated 14.10.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
