The Special Leave Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.7.205 with an office report dated 21.7.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Issue notice through Speed Post, returnable on 31.07.2015.
Dasti service, in addition, is permitted to be effected on the standing counsel for the respondents.
Tag with SLP (c) 17342 of 2015."
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondents on 28.7.2015 by Special Message as well as Dasti, to the Counsel for the Petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has on 29.7.2015 filed an affidavit of Dasti service stating therein that the notice has been served upon both respondents through their standing Counsel on 28.7.2015.
It is submitted that Notice has also been served by special messanger on both the Respondents on 29.7.2015.
It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 29.7.2015 filed Additional documents alongwith Application for permission to file the same which is registered as I.A. 3 and same are being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
