The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.07.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Misc. Bench No. 5772 of 2015.

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C)No. 17342 of 2015 filed against Petitioner herein, respondent therein challenging the High Court order setting aside the letter of discharge of students admitted for session 20142015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of order dated 10.07.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Writ Petition(C) No. 370 of 2015 referred to on listing proforma and Annexure P11 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2015 when the Court was directed issued of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 09.07.2015 is annexed as Annexure P11 at page no. 165.

It is submitted that Writ Petition(C) No. 469/2011 referred to on page(G) of list of dates was disposed of as withdrawn by this Hon'ble Court on 14.10.2014. Copy of order dated 14.10.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
