The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice only to Respondent Nos. 4 and 8 for the time being, returnable in six weeks.

They are directed to file an affidavit as to whether Pu.H.Thanhlira (at serial No.7 in the order dated 24.02.1975) is similarly situated as the petitioner herein and whether the said respondent has been granted any compensation in respect of the property which has been utilised for the purpose of All India Radio.

The affidavit, as above, shall be filed within six weeks.

Post after six weeks."

it is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice dated 16.01.2017 to Respondent Nos. 4 & 8 was issued by registered AD. Mr. Rajeev Sharma, Advocate has filed Vaklatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. According to India Post tracking report notice has been delivered to Respondent No. 8.

It is further submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has not filed affidavit in respect of Respondent No. 4 so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 13.01.2017 filed additional documents alongwith an application for bringing additional facts and documents (registered as I.A. No. 3) and the same is being circulated herewith.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
