Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 8 Respondents on 27.01.2016 through Speed Post. As per India Post Track report, service is complete on respondent nos. 3 & 7 but no vakalat/appearance filed and service is not complete on respondent nos. 1,2 & 8. Unserved cover containing the notices have been received back in repect of respondent nos. 4, 5 & 6 with remarks i.e. "refused, expired and vernacular language"respectively .

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 8.

Whereas, the matter above mentioned was again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.03.2016 with an office report dated 02.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" List this matter on 28th March, 2016."

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
