The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th February, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Issue notice. Until further orders, status quo, as I exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 23rd February, 2017 to all the Respondents. There are 26 Respondents in the matter above mentioned. Mr. Sridhar Potaraju, Advocate has on 30th March, 2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 7 and Mr. Shree Pal Singh, Advocate has on 31st March, 2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 21 to 26 but have not filed Counter Affidavit so far. AD Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 17 & 20 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that as per tracking report, notice delivered to Respondent Nos. 11, 12, 18 & 19 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Notice could not be delivered to Respondent Nos. 2, 3 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 & 16.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sridhar Potaraju, Advocate has on 6 th April, 2017 filed a letter stating therein that Respondent No. 3 died on 5 th December, 2016 and also enclosed copy of death certificate but no application for substitution has been filed by the Counsel for the Petition so far (A copy of letter is enclosed herewith).

Service is not Complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 & 16.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this office report.
