It is submitted that as per India Post tracking report notice has not been delivered to the unserved respondents nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 8. Copy of Tracking Report of service is enclosed for the perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of Dasti Service issued on 26.07.2016 pursuant to Hon'ble Court's Order dated 12.07.2016.

It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 7 so far.

Service of show cause notice on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 8 is not complete.

The matter above mentioned is, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
