"Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.1 & 4 to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2 & 3, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit of valuation. List the matter again on 18.01.2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that there are four respondents. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 has not filed the counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have been served but not one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.
