The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

09th March, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"I.A. Nos. 23 are filed urging additional grounds. The same are allowed. Counter affidavit to I.A. Nos. 23 shall be filed within two weeks. List the matters along with SLP(C)

No.6537/2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for

the respondents has not filed the counter affidavit to I.A. Nos. 2 & 3 so far.

SLP (C) Nos. 6537 & 69196920 OF 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

09th March, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Notice. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

SLP (C) No. 6537 OF 2015

Accordingly usual as well as dasti notice was issued to all the four respondents. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 but has not filed counteraffidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that notice has been served on all the four respondents but no one entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C) Nos. 69196920 OF 2015

Accordingly usual as well as dasti notice was issued to all the three respondents. A.D. card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 3. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 with proof of A.D. cards but no one has entered appearance on behalf of all the 3 respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C) No. 20241 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th October, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Heard.

Issue notice in the special leave petition as also in the prayer for interim relief, returnable within four weeks.

Tag along with SLP(C) No.6537 of 2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents on 03.11.2015 through registered A.D. post Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has on 14.12.2015 filed the Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the three respondents but has not filed the counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. A. Raghunath, Counsel for the petitioner has on 04.12.2015 filed application for directions which is registered as I.A. No. 2 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

SLP (C) Nos. 3249332494 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th November, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) NO. 6537 of 2015."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the 6 respondents on 02.12.2015 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back on behalf of all the 6 respondents so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.
