She has stated that the respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the fresh particulars of the respondent No.8 so far. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall be directed to do the needful within a week's time, failing which appropriate Item No.44 -2 orders shall follow on the next date. In case, the fresh particulars of the respondent No.8 are filed within the period stipulated above, in that event, appropriate steps for the service of the notice to the said respondent shall be taken by the Registry.
