Respondent No.1 and 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the time granted by the Court. Learned counsel Mr. Abhijit Sen Gupta on behalf of Respondent No.4 has made submission at Bar that he has already filed counter affidavit. Registry to verify and report accordingly. On behalf of respondent no.2 learned counsel has undertaken to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Four weeks' time granted. Fresh notice be issued to respondent no. 5 to 8 on furnishing address of concerned District Court and process fee along with spare copy.

Respondent no.9 reported to be duly served but none appeared nor any steps have been taken on his behalf. List again on 18.4.2013.
