"Among nine respondents, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have already failed to file counter affidavit. Time stipulated for the purpose stands already expired. Further opportunity stands declined.

Counter affidavit of respondent nos. 3 and 4 has already been filed.

Service of respondent nos. 5 to 7 and 9 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Service of respondent no.8 is yet incomplete. Petitioner to take fresh steps to effect the same.

List again on 9.7.2015."

It is submitted that Ms. Sudha Gupta, counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps to complete service on unserved Respondent No. 8.

It is further submitted that there are 9 respondents in the matter. Mrs. Sharmila Upadhyay, counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has not filed counter affidavit. Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, counsel for Respondent No. 3 and Mr. Abhijit Sen Gupta, counsel for Respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit. Signed A.D. card has been received from Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 and 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 8.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report. Dated this, the 8th day of July, 2015.
