The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (IN CHAMBER) on 30th July, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that fresh address is given and process fee has been paid for issuance of notice on respondent no.8. Delay condoned. Issue notice on respondent No.8."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to unserved Respondent No. 8 was issued on 5 th September, 2014. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the dated of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the Respondent No. 8 so far.

It is further submitted that there are 9 respondents in the matter. Mrs. Sharmila Upadhyay, counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has not filed counter affidavit. Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, counsel for Respondent No. 3 and Mr. Abhijit Sen Gupta, counsel for Respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit. Signed A.D. card has been received from Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 and 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 8.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
