"SLP (C) NO. 34785/2014

Mr. Vinay Garg, Learned counsel apears for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 seeks and is given four weeks' time to file the Vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to respondent 3 & 4.

SLP (C) NO. 34790/2014

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld. counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld. counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No. 1 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.

Mr. Vinay Garg, Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 seeks and is given four weeks' time to file the Vakalatnama and the counter affidavit whereafter no further extension be allowed.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 26.02.2015 of this court.

List again on 26.08.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Vinay Garg, Advocate has on 30th June, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that neither A/D Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice have been received back from Respondent Nos.3 & 4 so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has not filed proof of service with regard to serving the complete set of SLP Paper Books on the Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

It is further submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Spare copy of SLP and also not furnished the particulars of trial Court for issue of Show Cause notice and Dasti notice to unserved Respondent No. 1.

SLP(C)33455 of 2014

It is submitted that Mr. Vinay Garg, Advocate has on 30th June, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 7 but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that there are 32 respondents and counsel for the Petitioner has filed only 7 set of spare copies. Hence, show cause notice has not been issued to the respondents.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
