The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld. Counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld. Counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No. 1 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.
