The matters abovementioned with Office Report were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th January, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"A letter has been circulated by the learned counsel for the State seeking adjournment for filing Vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

The State shall file Vakalatnama within one week from today.

The respondents shall file counter affidavit within four weeks from today.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List the matters on 9th March, 2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Vinay Garg, Counsel for the State has on 8th January, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance in all the Civil Appeals except Civil Appeal No. 10696 of 2014. Counsel for State has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh U. Upadhyay, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has already on 1st November, 2014 filed Counter Affidavit only in Civil Appeal Nos. 8255, 8256 and 8257 of 2014.

It is also submitted that Ms. Sharmila Upadhyay, Counsel for Appellant has already on 23rd December, 2014 filed Rejoinder Affidavit in Civil Appeal Nos. 8255, 8256 and 8257 of 2014.

It is also submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal could not be issued in Civil Appeal No. 10696 of 2014 as Counsel for the Appellant has not filed copies of Petition of Appeal for service on the Respondents.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for Appellant has on 24th February, 2015 filed Application for Amendment of Civil Appeal in Civil Appeal Nos. 82678271 of 2014 which has been registered as I.A. Nos. 1620.

The prayer for interim relief in the matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
