The matters abovementioned with Office Report were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th November, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Perused the letter circulated by learned counsel for the appellants. As prayed for, eight weeks' time is granted to file rejoinder affidavit.

Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to serve the standing counsel for the State of U.P. through dasti. Stand over to 6th January, 2015. Let pleadings be completed in the meantime."

It is submitted that counsel for the appellant has filed rejoinder affidavit in Civil Appeal Nos. 8255, 8256 and 8257 of 2014.

It is further submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal in respect of State of U.P. was issued to Counsel for the appellant with request to serve the same on Mr. Vinay Garg, Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. through dasti and to file proof of service with affidavit of service.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has filed proof of service

with affidavit of service on Mr. Vinay Garg, Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. in Civil Appeal Nos. 8272, 9086 and 908789 of 2014 only.

It is also submitted that Certificate of Service in respect of State of U.P. has been received in Civil Appeal Nos. 908789 of 2014 which shows that State of U.P. has been served with notice on 18112014 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance so far.

The prayer for interim relief in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
