It is submitted that there are three common respondents in the said matters. Show Cause notice was issued to all the three respondents on 18th July, 2014. Mr. Rakesh U Upadhayay, Advocate has on 20.08.2014 filed Vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the said notice has been received back from Respondent No.1. After the grant of Special Leave Petition, Counsel for the Appellant has on 18.09.2014 filed Process fee and Spare

Copies. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal has been issued on 10th October 2014. Certificate of Service in respect of Respondent No. 1 is awaited.

Services is incomplete in respect of Respondent No. 1 (State of U.P.).

It is submitted that there are three respondents. Show Cause notice was issued on 18.07.2014 to all the respondents. Mr. Pradeep Mishra, Advocate has on 5th September 2014 filed V/A on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the said notice has been received back from respondent No. 1. After the grant of Special Leave Petition, Counsel for the Appellant has on 18.09.2014 filed Process fee and Spare Copies.
