Proof of dasti has not been filed by the ld. Counsel for ature Not Verified petitioner with respect to respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 9 to $0 , \mathbf{IST}$ 11. Four weeks time is requested to effect service and to file proof thereof.

Among 8 respondents, service of respondent Nos. 4,5,6b and 7 has not been effected. Fresh particulars have already been furnished by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner. Registry verify the same and issue fresh notice.

Legal representatives of deceased respondent no.6, i.e., 6a, 6c and 6d and also respondent No.8 have not entered appearance despite service.

With respect to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 counter affidavit is already on record.

Now, the ld. Counsel, Mr Vijay Kumar has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 alongwith No Objection Certificate but Power of Attorney has not been filed. The same be filed by next date.
