UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NO.30785-86/2012 In respect of petitioner, it is stated that the Ld. Signature Not Verified Counsel, Mr Vijay Kumar who entered appearance by filing Digitally signed by Hema Joshi Date: 2014.12.22 12:22:33 IST Reason: vakalatnama has obtained No Objection from the erstwhile Advocate, Mr Rakesh K Sharma through Power of Attorney but -2- Item No.13 the copy has not been filed. Two weeks time is granted to file copy of the Power of Attorney and upon receiving the

same, name of the Advocate be uploaded in the database.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that dasti has not been served upon him to give effect to service to respondents. Registry to serve within three days and proof of dasti be filed within four weeks.
