UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, we take note that the Writ Petition filed on behalf of the petitioners herein, is pending consideration before the High Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioners would however, submit there is an urgency in the matter, inasmuch as the process of the details online has commenced on 13.08.2023 and the further process of allotment of seats would also commence and in that event, the right of the petitioners would be defeated.
However, in a matter where we note that the listing date before the High Court is shown as 17.08.2023, these aspects which are urged herein, could be put forth before the High Court. If, even on the said date, the matter has not been listed, we reserve liberty to the petitioners to move the High Court for early listing.
