It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, fresh show cause notice was issued to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 on 26.3.2015. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from the above said respondents so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate for respondent No. 1 has on 23.3.2015 filed counter affidavit.

Service is incomplete.
