"The learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos.2 and 3 in SLP(C) No.11156/2014 and respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No.11158/2014.

Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 in both the matters for filing counter affidavit. List again on 9.12.2014."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP(C) No. 11156 of 2014 and respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 11158 of 2014 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 in both the matters so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 11158 of 2014 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service of notice is incomplete on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP(C) No. 11156 of 2014.

Service of notice is complete in SLP(C) No. 11158 of 2014.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
