UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) Nos. 33413 and 33414/2014 Respondent No.4 has already filed the counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1,2,5,7,8 and 10 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. S ervice of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3,6,9,12,15 and 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The office report indicates that the Respondent Nos. 11, 13, 14 and 17 to 21 have refused to accept the dasti notice. This refusal is not proper service. Hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the said respondents shall be taken by Item No.29 2 the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above. SLP(C) Nos. 33415/2014 S ervice of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1,4,7,8,9,10,11 and 13 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 3 and 6 have been served by dasti but no one has entered apperrance on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 12 have not been served. Hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the said respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.
