The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th April, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice returnable within two weeks. Dasti, as prayed for, is also permitted."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all Respondents. There are five Respondents in the matter. A. D. Cards duly signed have been received from the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 but none has entered appearance on behalf of issue of the notice by registered post, but Neither A. D. Cards nor unserved registered cover have been received back from the Respondent Nos. 1 and 5 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 5.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that show cause notice was issued to the counsel for the Petitioner for effecting dasti service on the said unserved Respondents with a request to file an affidavit of service. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed the affidavit of service but proof of service has not been filed so far.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this office report.
