The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12th June, 2014 and 13th June, 2014, of the High Court of Judicature of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Writ Appeal No. 16098, 16094 and 16241 of 2014.

SLP(C) No. 20940 of 2014:

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 12398 of 2014 arising out of common followed judgment was listed before the Court on 1 st May, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and granted stay. Now the matter is fixed for 17th October, 2014 (copy of record of proceeding dated 9th May, 2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 13785-13937 of 2012 were listed before the Court on 8 th May, 2012, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending for hearing. (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 8 th May, 2012 is annexed at Annexure P-1 (Page Nos. 81-82) of the SLP paper books.

SLP(C) Nos. 20956 and 21054 of 2014:

It is submitted that the matters above-mentioned are tagged with SLP(C) No. 20940 of 2014 as all are arising out of common followed judgment.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 2 nd August, 2014 in all SLPs filed a letter in which he has undertaken to file copies of orders dated 29.07.2011, 02.11.2012, 05.06.2010. (Copy of the said letter is included at Page No. 178, 172, 173 of the SLP paper books). But instead of filing aforesaid orders (additional documents) he has filed a letter on 20th August, 2014 stating therein that the additional documents orders shall be produced before the Hon'ble Court as and when directed. Copy of the said letters are enclosed herewith.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
