The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 24th February, 2014, 6 th August, 2014, 7 th August, 2014, 1 st August, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 29227 of 2013, 22340 of 2014, 22505 of 2014, 21735, 21738, 21793, 21806, 21807, 21808 of 2014.

SLP (C) No...CC NO. 13828 of 2014:

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 80 days in filing the petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 19th August, 2014, filed a letter stating therein that the Orders dated 2.11.2012, 17.1.2012, 5.6.2010, 31.7.2012 and 20.02.2012 are not required for the present SLP. (Copy of said letter is included at Page No. 91 of SLP Paper Books.)

It is submitted that the matters above-mentioned are tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 21396-21397 of 2014 because all are arising out of common followed Judgment.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 19th August, 2014 in SLP (C) No. 22677 of 2014 , filed a letter stating therein that the Orders dated 29.11.2011, 31.7.2012, 20.9.2012, 5.6.2010 are not required for the present SLP. (Copy of said letter is included at Page No. 91 of SLP Paper Books.)

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 19th August, 2014 in filed a letter stating therein that the Order dated 2.11.2012, is not required for the present SLP. (Copy of said letter is included at Page No. 81 of SLP Paper Books.)

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
