Ld.counsel for the petitioner is present. Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos. 16-18 who is present, has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld.counsel for the said respondents within a week's time. The Ld.counsel for the respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.4 has stated that the said respondent has already file the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents.
