The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time

and file proof, failing which appropriate order shall follow on the next date. The Ld. Counsel shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.
