UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3,9,10,13,14 and the Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 16 to 19 have stated that the petitioner has not provided the copies of the pleadings to them. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof, failing which appropriate order shall follow on the next date. The Ld. Counsel shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 8 has stated that she does not need to file the counter affidavit. This is taken on record.
