The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP, hence show cause notice to both the respondents could not be issued.

For non filing of spare copies by the counsel for the petitioner, the matter was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 02.12.2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Despite order dated 30.9.2016 of the Hon'ble Court Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file spare copy. Hence notice could not be issued to the respondents. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copes of SLP, so far, hence show cause notice to both the respondent is yet to be issued.

The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is reported to Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
