The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

" Issue notice.

There shall be stay of demolition of any portion of petitioner(s) building in the meantime.

Further, we restrain the petitioner(s) from making any further construction in the meantime.

The petitioner(s) shall not plead equities at the time of hearing of the Special Leave Petitions. "

It is submitted that in pursuance of aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued on 16.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 16 received with postal comments 'Gate remained closed'. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to rest of Respondent has received so far.

SLP (C) No. 28871 of 2015

It is submitted that in pursuance of aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued on 28.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 16, 24, 25 and 27 received

with postal comments 'door remained locked, no such person' respectively. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to rest of Respondent has received so far.

SLP (C) No. 28870 of 2015

It is submitted that in pursuance of aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued on 28.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 16, 23, 24 and 26 received with postal comments 'door remained locked, no such person' respectively. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to rest of Respondent has received so far.

SLP (C) No. 29086 of 2015

It is submitted that in pursuance of aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued on 19.10.2015. Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 24 and 25 received with postal comments 'no such person'. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice to rest of Respondent has received so far.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
