Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.1 to file counter affidavit.

As requested, four weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.3 to 6 and 10.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to Lrs. of deceased respondent Nos. 9, 11 and 14.
