O R D E R

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) submits that similar matter pertaining to counting the entire job contract tenure for computing the pension for the retired respondent is pending before this Court.

5. The concerned respondent(s) may continue to receive pension as fixed earlier. The direction given by the learned Single Judge shall remain stayed in the meantime.
