The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application is filed for seeking dispensation qua the service of the notice on the respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7. The copy of the order passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi is placed on record at page 10. necessary for the applicant to place on record the earlier order to clarify the order dated 28.01.2021 passed by NCLAT.
As such, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for some time to place on record the earlier order passed by NCLAT prior to the order dated 28.01.2021 as well as memo indicating the parties before the NCLAT and NCLT.
At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, three weeks' time is granted to take steps.
