UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned counsel for respondent No.4 seeks four weeks' time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the said respondent submits that he did not get the copy of the SLP. Complete set of the pleadings be served by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a week. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks' thereafter. Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No.1 for filing counter affidavit on record. Item No.87 -2-

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks' time to file affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 to 15. Time, as prayed for, is granted. List again on 30.4.2014.
