The office report indicates that Respondent Nos. 1 to 15 have already filed the counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.18 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period signal ated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 16 and 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

Delay in filing spare copies is condoned in respect of respondent No. 12. Notice be issued to the said respondent.
