The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.03.2017 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Learned counsel for the respondent prays for six weeks' time to comply with the order dated 27th February, 2017.

Let the matter be listed on 5th May, 2017. No further time shall be granted on that day.

The Managing Director and all the Directors of the UNITECH Limited, the respondent No.12 herein, shall remain personally present on that day so that the consumers do not suffer and rush to the Court on each occasion.

No application for dispensation of personal presence shall be entertained."

It is submitted that the above order was communicated to Managing Director Unitech Ltd. Vide this Registry's letter dated 30.03.2017. Appearing counsel for the respondents have not filed requisite documents as directed by the Hon'ble Court Order dated 27.02.2017.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 32068/2016 Mr. Jay Kishor Singh, Advocate has on 02.05.2017 filed application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party respondent with Vakalatnama/Appearance of the applicant alongwith application for direction. The application for impleadment is registered as I.A. no. 3 and the same alongwith application for direction as unregistered are being circulated herewith as common volume.

It is further submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate has on 04.05.2017 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 12 without taking 'No Objection' from Mr. Debasis Misra, Advocate representing the said respondent and also filed affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 12 with the leave of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is lastly submitted that in SLP (C) Nos. 34225-34226/2016 Ms. Rakhi Ray, Advocate has on 04.05.2017 filed an application for intervention alongwith vakalat/appearance on behalf of the applicants but the applications is defective as some of the pages are in dim impression and small fonts. However, the unregistered application is being circulated as separate volume.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 in SLP (C) No. 35354/2016 & Respondent Nos. 5 to 8, 10 & 13 in SLP (C) Nos. 37924-37925/2016.

It may be mentioned that respondent nos. 1 to 12 are common in all the SLPs.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
